REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
It is our fervent desire for you to be completely satisfied with your custom-made flor designs. Due to the time, expertise and expense that goes into each custom made-design, we do not accept returns. However we will make every effort to modity the design to meet your expectations to the best of our ability. Modifications are accepted up to 10 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
If you If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at gail@floralsbygail.com as soon as possible. Include your original order confirmation and a photo of the damage. Refunds due to damage during shipping are addressed on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
IN-STORE PICKUP: Free in-store pickup is available at 923 W. Northmoor Road, Peoria, IL 61614. When placing an order, simply select local pickup as your shipping option. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up, within 1-3 business days. Pickup is available Monday-Friday 10:00-5:00pm and by pre-scheduled appointment. Please bring your order confirmation with you when you come to pick your items up.
LOCAL DELIVERY: Free local delivery is available for orders over $50.00 with in a 10 mile radius of our address. We deliver by appointment Monday-Friday. We will text you at the phone number associated with your order to notify you of delivery.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is weight-based - Shipping costs will depend on the size of your order and will be displayed at Checkout.
Shipping is Carrier Calculated - Shipping charges will depend on the size of your order and the destination. The total will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.
